Louis Vuitton in Vienna is seeking a Store Universe Manager to own the client universe, drive development and experience, and lead a large store team. You will collaborate with Universe Managers and the Store Director to elevate performance, oversee PCR and CRM initiatives, and travel as required to accompany clients.

You will manage a high-performing team, coach managers, and champion the Louis Vuitton hospitality standard in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of management experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Proven track record in developing large teams and leadership in international settings.
• Strong understanding of luxury client experience and ability to elevate it.
• Experience interacting with high-end clientele and managing relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, adaptability and work ethic.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Europe and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Lead a store team of 150+ across client development and PCR KPI areas.
• Design and drive client development activities to nurture clients from first-time buyers to top clients.
• Oversee client experience and hospitality programs, ensuring Louis Vuitton service standards are met.
• Coach and develop Client Development Managers and Team Manager for client-centric performance.
• Collaborate with Universe Managers and Store Director to align with brand standards and strategic priorities.
• Assume store leadership on the shop floor, deputize for the Store Director as needed.
