The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is seeking a Cook (Seasonal) – Breakfast to join our luxury kitchen team. You will deliver the first culinary impression of the day with refined breakfast dishes, elegant presentation, and warm hospitality that define our brand.

You will prepare, present, and serve breakfast to the highest standards, supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment during the season.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Proficient in breakfast cuisine and presentation.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality breakfast dishes per Ritz-Carlton standards.
• Maintain mise en place and ensure items are available for breakfast service.
• Collaborate with Sous Chef to ensure consistency in taste and portion control.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock, minimize waste, and assist in ordering and inventory control.
• Train and support junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Keep breakfast kitchen clean, organized, and efficient.
• Understand guest dietary needs and allergen awareness.
