Job summary

CXG is seeking a luxury brand evaluator to discreetly assess customer experiences across boutiques and online channels, providing actionable feedback that helps premium brands refine their services.

Visits typically take around 20 minutes, with multiple missions available each month; you can choose assignments aligned with your interests, and you’ll be compensated for your time and any approved purchases, all through the CXG Live platform.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in some regions)
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Observant and passionate about customer experience
• No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments - align missions with your preferences
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in stores or online from home
• Observe carefully - check ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience
• Provide honest feedback - share observations through questionnaires
• Manage missions through the CXG Live platform
