Job summary

CXG is a global customer experience agency serving premium and luxury brands. We are seeking Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluators who are existing luxury brand customers. You can perform several evaluations per month by completing a short questionnaire based on real shopping experiences.

Assignments span fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, watches, automotives, and more. You may visit stores, return purchases, buy online, or book appointments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be existing client of premium and luxury brands.
• Not contractually engaged with any retail brands to maintain integrity.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience needed, honest feedback from real customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discreet evaluations of in-store or online experiences for luxury brands.
• Provide objective feedback based on your experiences.
• Choose assignments aligned with your profile and interests.
• Complete questionnaires after each evaluation.
• Comply with project objectives and brand requirements.
