Job summary
Continental Reifen Austria GmbH, operating the Bratislava Regional Distribution Center, seeks a Warehousing & Distribution Manager. You will drive warehouse operations, optimize distribution, and lead cross-market collaboration with regional and international stakeholders to ensure service levels and cost efficiency.
The role requires a strong logistics background, fluency in English, and experience with SAP SD/SAP EWM.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
- 3–5 years in Logistics, Distribution or Demand Management.
- Experience with SAP SD and SAP EWM and SCOR/SST processes.
- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational warehouse and distribution activities within assigned markets.
- Coordinate with external logistics and transportation providers.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct operational and quality reviews.
- Ensure high service levels, inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.
- Lead cross functional projects focused on logistics optimization and layout improvements.
