Job summary

F.LIST, a family-run company based in Austria, invites an experienced logistics professional to join our central logistics team in Thomasberg. You will plan, organize and monitor logistics tasks, coordinate with production, purchasing and sales, and oversee external providers for transport, warehousing and forwarding.

You will also manage master data in our ERP system, support logistics projects, and ensure compliance and smooth customs clearance.

Qualifications

Experience in planning, organizing and optimizing central logistics tasks.
Ability to coordinate with internal departments (production, purchasing, sales).
Proficiency in managing logistics documentation and master data.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in planning, organization, management, and optimization of central logistics tasks and external providers to ensure cost-efficient processes.
Ensure timely delivery of goods per deadlines, quantities, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Manage logistics documentation and ERP master data, update digital shipping lists.
Support planning and implementation of logistics projects.
Review shipping documents for compliance and facilitate smooth customs clearance.
