Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a key account or sales manager for a life science supplier is mandatory.
• Track record of managing biopharma accounts and meeting or exceeding challenging sales targets.
• Experience in value-based selling and sales cycles (CAPEX vs Direct Spend on Consumables).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy to meet or exceed targets in the assigned territory.
• Identify customer challenges and create timely solutions incorporating company products into the customer value chain.
• Act as main point of contact for customers; facilitate dialogue with stakeholders on both sides to drive results.
• Utilize CRM and marketing tools to track and report sales activities.
• Travel up to 50% to engage customers and close opportunities.
