Bilfinger Life Science is seeking a Sales Manager to drive strategic accounts in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, semiconductor, and microelectronics industries. You will develop the sales pipeline, cultivate key customer relationships, and lead negotiations for offers and agreements.

The role requires a completed higher education in business or engineering, strong presentation and closing skills, and willingness to travel across the EU and beyond. Fluent English and German are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Completed higher education in business or engineering (e.g., FH/TU/Universities).
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing abilities are essential.
• Experience in plant engineering sales or related sectors is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and develop strategic accounts within the EU and global markets.
• Expand and maintain relationships with customers and planners.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and create offers and agreements.
• Develop and implement structured sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure order intake and revenue generation; forecast revenue.
• Maintain CRM data and regular reporting on sales activities.
• Drive and refine the sales pipeline through market analyses.
