Zusammenfassung

BÜCHI Labortechnik GmbH is seeking an experienced field sales professional to drive revenue across an assigned territory. You will identify new customers, expand existing relationships, and manage a diverse portfolio spanning pharma, food, chemicals, cosmetics, labs, and universities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in field sales, account management, or business development in technical/scientific environments.
• Strong sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Independent, structured work style with territorial management skills.
• Customer-oriented with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Fluent German and basic English.
• Willingness to travel across the region (Western Austria, Liechtenstein).
• Experience in laboratory technology or related industries is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Generate revenue and achieve targets within the assigned sales territory.
• Identify and develop new customer potential and expand existing relationships.
• Manage a diverse customer portfolio including pharma, food, chemicals, cosmetics, QC labs, universities, and research institutes.
• Plan and conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline through business development and lead follow-up.
• Collaborate with Service Engineers, Product Management, and Sales colleagues.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
• Maintain and update activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Monitor market and competitor developments and share insights.
