Job summary

Anexia is building a Learning & Development function from the ground up at its Austrian tech group. You will shape people development, focusing on knowledge sharing, career and leadership paths, and competency management, while advising managers and employees on opportunities and growth.

You will plan and evaluate continuing education programs, especially the Anexia Academy, and develop digital learning formats. Travel within Austria and collaboration across the Anexia Group are expected.

Qualifications

• A completed degree (university or applied sciences) ideally focused on HR.
• Several years of solid experience in people and organizational development.
• Experience designing and building HR development processes and tools, with ability to identify and prioritize development needs.
• Solid knowledge of common people development methods.
• Strong IT affinity and enjoyment with digital tools, plus an interest in AI.
• Self-driven, structured, responsible and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and advisory skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Austria.

Responsibilities

• Help shape and build out people development at Anexia, focusing on knowledge sharing, career development, leadership development, and competency management.
• Advise and support managers and employees on development opportunities, career paths, and skill building.
• Advise business units on continuing education decisions.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate continuing education programs—especially Anexia Academy with real impact.
• Develop digital learning and knowledge-sharing formats.
• Lead organizational and HR development projects across the Anexia Group and participate in day-to-day operations.
• Prepare KPIs and reports relevant to HR development.
