Wienerberger AG in Vienna is seeking a Digital Learning Project Manager to own global MyHR Learning (Cornerstone), guiding governance, improvements, testing and releases across the Group. You will advise Country HR teams and Learning Key Users to ensure platform adoption, shape global digital learning solutions, and drive modern instructional design.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital learning, learning technology or L&D, preferably in international settings.
• Hands-on LMS experience; Cornerstone is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability in digital learning design and content development with authoring tools such as Easygenerator or Articulate.
• Strong instructional design knowledge and understanding of adult learning.
• Proven project management experience in cross-functional, global environments.

Digital Learning Project Manager (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Take global ownership of MyHR Learning (Cornerstone) and drive its governance, continuous improvement, system enhancements, reporting, platform performance, testing and releases across the Group.
• Act as the global learning technology expert, advising and enabling Country HR teams and Learning Key Users to ensure effective platform adoption and usage.
• Shape and develop global digital learning solutions across leadership, people management, compliance, safety and business capabilities.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify learning and capability needs and translate them into scalable, high-quality digital learning solutions.
• Drive modern learning design and content development, applying instructional design principles and leveraging authoring tools such as Easygenerator.
• Shape Wienerberger’s approach to AI-enabled learning and emerging learning technologies, identifying and piloting solutions that improve quality, learner experience, scalability and efficiency.
• Lead global digital learning projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders across HR, IT, business functions, countries and external partners.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in digital learning, learning technology or L&D, ideally within an international or global organization.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with Cornerstone is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in digital learning design and content development, including modern authoring tools such as Easygenerator, Articulate or similar.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult-learning principles and the ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to independently lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a global environment.
• Strong interest in AI and emerging learning technologies, with the ability to translate new technologies into practical learning applications.
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across countries, functions and seniority levels; fluency in English.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3.653,32per month based on full‑time employment (38.5 h/week).
