Angelini Pharma is seeking a Commercial Operations & Excellence L&D Manager to design learning journeys for field teams across Germany, Austria and Hungary. You will translate business insights into capability growth, shaping programs that drive performance and alignment with strategic goals.

The role focuses on developing leaders and frontline capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring effective learning delivery, measurement and budget stewardship across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Education, Psychology, Marketing or related field.
• Master’s or certification in Learning & Development or coaching is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English; Hungarian is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial training or sales enablement.
• Experience designing and delivering training for customer-facing roles.
• Residency in Germany, Austria or Hungary; willingness to travel 40–50%.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and manage learning and development strategies for customer-facing roles.
• Collaborate with local cross-functional teams to tailor learning plans per country.
• Facilitate training sessions, role plays and workshops; conduct field visits to reinforce learning.
• Develop and support identified underperformers with customized learning plans.
• Develop FLMs coaching skills to support team growth.
• Manage onboarding programs aligned with global guidelines and local needs.
• Support product launches with training that communicates value propositions.
• Share best practices across countries and track KPIs to measure impact.
• Manage training budgets and contribute to global learning programs across markets.
