SQUER Solutions GmbH is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to architect and drive modern infrastructure for diverse client projects. You will lead OpenShift and Kubernetes-based platform work, shape CI/CD pipelines, and guide multi-cloud decisions in a consulting setting.

You will mentor engineers, promote quality and ownership, and contribute to a culture of innovation with AI-assisted workflows. A hybrid work model and growth opportunities are provided.

Your tasks

• Tackle platform challenges with OpenShift and Kubernetes (on-prem, hybrid, or cloud-native)

Your qualifications

• Programming skills in at least one relevant language (e.g. Golang, Python, TypeScript) is a big bonus
• You bring solid consulting experience – and you love empowering teams instead of taking over
• You actively use AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, LLM-based workflows) to amplify your productivity and quality, or you're eager to start.
• You value continuous learning and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others
• Languages: Fluent in German and English

We believe in transparent and fair compensation. For this role, the annual gross salary ranges between € 75.000 and € 95.000 – the exact placement depends on the seniority level we assess together during the process.
