Qualifikationen

• Ability to design and manage complex Kubernetes or Openshift clusters.
• Deep understanding of GitOps principles.
• Proven hands-on experience with multiple IaC frameworks.
• Expertise in securing automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Ability to coach and mentor engineers.
• Outcome-oriented and client-focused approach.
• Active use of AI-powered tools for productivity.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Fluent in English and knowledge of German is beneficial.
