Registered Austrian companies with service agreement for personnel search via EURES with the AMS Austria.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated seasonal staff with good command of German and English to join our team for the winter season in Vorarlberg.

Positions are available in both hotel and restaurant settings.

Here are a variety of tasks that you may be responsible for:

• Mise en Place: Prepare and organize ingredients.
• Chopping/Slicing: Cut vegetables, fruits, and proteins.
• Cooking: Sauté, boil, bake, grill or roast food. Plating: Arrange food attractively on plates.
• Garnishing: Add decorative elements to dishes.
• Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
• Dishwashing: Clean pots, pans, and utensils.
• Menu Planning: Assist in creating menus.
• Inventory Management: Track supplies and ingredients.

Food Safety: Follow safe food handling practices.

These tasks can vary depending on the type of kitchen (e.g., restaurant, catering, home) and the specific role of the cook.

Profil

Education:

Completion of Apprenticeship or Tourism School. First work experience required.

Language skills: German - A1 understanding, spoken and written would be an advantage English - B2 understanding, B1 spoken and A2 writte

Allemand (requis)

• Salary : At least 2.096,50 € - 2.285,20 € gross per month (1.692,79 - 1.795,33 Euro net).

The payment is based on the collective agreement for the gastronomy in Austria with the readiness for significant overpayment (depending on training and professional experience).
