Job Description: The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You’ll Do

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Work Schedule Requirements

• Schedule will vary weekly; expect at least 20 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays and certain holidays.
• Hours may increase during peak timeframes to support business needs.

What it Takes – Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent (preferred).
• Retail Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred.
• Supervisor/Managerial Experience: None required.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German required.
• Strong customer focus, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive, proactive, adaptable, detail‑oriented.
• Strong work ethic.

• Annual starting salary: €31,524.27 (full‑time range €31,524.27–€36,226.13) based on 20 hours per week.

Compensation is subject to adjustments in line with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and may vary based on relevant industry experience.
