Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive quality in-store experience on the floor. You will act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and sales-focused.

As part of the store leadership team, you will drive performance through customer experience, coach teammates, maintain visual displays, and support opening/closing routines, POS operations, and inventory controls to protect store assets.

The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
