Job Summary

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Work Schedule Requirements

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 20 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

• Education - High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent preferred.
• Retail Experience - At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/Managerial Experience - No supervisory or management experience is required.
• Language - CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required.

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.

Salary & Benefits

The starting gross annual salary for this part-time position (20 hours per week) is €31,524.27 (full-time equivalent). This amount is calculated based on the agreed working hours and paid in 12 equal monthly instalments plus two additional payments (14 salaries per year). The full-time starting rate for this position is €31,524.27–€36,226.13 annually under the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
