Job summary
AT&S, a leading global manufacturer of high-end IC substrates and PCBs, seeks a talented professional for its Sales & Customer Excellence Team in Leoben, Austria. Qualifications
- University degree in business or a related field or a relevant commercial/technical qualification.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, process management or reporting; internships eligible.
- Basic knowledge of Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes.
Responsibilities
- Work with Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash leads; keep processes and decisions documented.
- Analyze operational data and prepare KPI/DPI reports and Power BI inputs.
- Contribute to CRM, SAP, ServiceNow, Power BI through requirements, testing and issue tracking.
- Coordinate action lists, workshops and project documentation; ensure follow-up across teams.
- Carry out master data and process-quality checks to improve data completeness and usability.
