AT&S, a leading global IC substrates and PCBs manufacturer, seeks a Head of Market Intelligence in Leoben, Austria. You will lead a global function providing independent, data-driven insights to support strategic planning and executive decisions, establishing processes and networks for reliable intelligence.

You will drive analytics, governance, and collaboration with Business Areas, Corporate Strategy, and Executive Management to identify growth opportunities and strengthen long-term

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Strategy, Corporate Development, Consulting, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience in Market Intelligence, Strategy, Corporate Development, Business Development, or Consulting.
• Experience supporting strategic/executive-level decisions in international environment; semiconductor/tech industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Lead and develop the Market Intelligence function, including team leadership and budgeting.
• Establish and improve market intelligence methods, governance, and reporting standards.
