Job summary

AT&S in Leoben, Austria, is seeking a passionate Transformation Manager to join the Team and drive business transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and value realization.

You will identify opportunities, develop roadmaps, and lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution, collaborating with senior stakeholders and guiding change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in business transformation, management consulting, process management, or operational excellence.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end business processes and process optimization methods.
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
