Job summary

CC Real International is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Vienna-based team. You will handle incidents, support IT service improvements, maintain documentation, and manage IT assets across Microsoft environments and cloud services.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, knowledge of ITIL is a plus, and fluent English and German. We offer a collaborative, long-term workplace with modern offices and strong benefits.

We're looking for a candidate to join our four-person IT Team as an

Key responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve IT incidents and service requests in a structured and timely manner

Key requirements of the role:

• Strong hands-on technical background in IT support, infrastructure or workplace technologies
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft environments, cloud services and endpoint support
• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
• Interest in structured IT service management (ITIL knowledge is a plus)
• Willingness to learn, improve processes and take ownership of tasks
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• A degree in IT or a related field is beneficial but not required

For legal reasons, we are required to inform you that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position is set at EUR 2,400 gross per month. However, our competitive salary packages are aligned with current market salaries and therefore significantly exceed the stated minimum salary.
