Freudenberg Group is seeking an IT Support professional to manage incidents for internal customers and drive service excellence from its location in Austria. You will troubleshoot issues quickly, utilize ITSM tools, and empower end-users through training to reduce downtime and improve user experience.

The role involves collaboration on local and international projects across more than 15 countries, with opportunities to contribute to citizen development initiatives using low-code/no-code

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

The minimum salary for this position will be EUR 3.572 monthly as of the Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
