Zusammenfassung

INNIO Jenbacher GmbH & Co OG in Jenbach, Austria, seeks a project management intern to support planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation initiatives. You will prepare status reports and assist in documentation and rollout of portfolio management tools.

The internship is full-time for at least 6 months with the first 3 months on-site in Jenbach, followed by a hybrid model with up to 50% remote work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science or related (ongoing or completed)
• Strong affinity to numbers and financials
• Passionate about project management
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

Aufgaben

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing digital transformation initiatives and software projects
• Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project information, progress, and trends
• Support POR for large initiatives and ensure proper documentation and follow-up
• Support rollout of portfolio management tool within the Digital Transformation environment
• Administer and maintain portfolio management tool, data quality, user support, reporting
• Track project progress and maintain transparency on timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies
• Document project-related processes and newly developed functionalities
• Create user guides, training materials and other supporting documentation
• Improve ways of working, standards, and tools within the Digital Transformation PM team
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment

Your Responsibilities:

• Support purchase order requests (POR) for large initiatives and help ensure proper documentation and follow-upSupport the introduction and rollout of a portfolio management tool within the Digital Transformation environment
• Administer and maintain the portfolio management tool, including data quality, user support, and reporting
• Track project progress and maintain transparency on timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Support the documentation of project-related processes, newly developed functionalities, and features
• Assist in the creation of user guides, training materials, and other supporting documentation
• Help improve ways of working, standards, and tools within the Digital Transformation Project Management team
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment

The internship is a full-time position for at least 6 months. To ensure a successful onboarding and integration into the team, the first 3 months are primarily based on-site in Jenbach. Thereafter, a hybrid working model with up to 50% remote work is possible.

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.755,26 gross per month (x 14).
