Job summary

ProChema GmbH is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to contribute from day one by negotiating costs and schedules with logistics partners. You will handle customer orders, coordinate overseas transport, and keep lead times transparent for stakeholders.

You will also support product management with market developments and assist in preparing offers for international customers, while monitoring inventory and warehouse movements across Europe. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have education as forwarding agent or at least 3 years of logistics experience.
• Fluent English required; other languages welcome.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate costs and schedules for logistics services with partners from day one.
• Handle customer orders and organize overseas transportation and delivery to customers.
• Inform product management about market developments and assist in offers for customers worldwide.
• Monitor inventory and schedule inbound/outbound movements in European warehouses.
• Manage documents in the supply chain (BLs, CMRs, etc.).
