Qualifikationen

• Experience driving complex international projects in a global industrial environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Italian, German) are a plus.
• Strong business and financial acumen with budget, schedule, risk, and contract management experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex international projects through full lifecycle from handover to commissioning and delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Be primary contact with customers and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain and service functions worldwide.
• Identify risks and opportunities; drive improvement initiatives and change management.
• Manage contracts, forecasts, and financial performance of projects.
• Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and PM excellence within the organization.
