Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a Technical Project Manager (80–100%) to lead medium-size LV/MV transformer and reactor projects in a hybrid work setup. You will drive schedules, resources, costs, and vendor integration while ensuring quality and safety standards.

We value engineers with 2–3 years in project management, strong stakeholder collaboration, and fluency in English and Italian. You will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to after-sales project success.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical or mechanical engineering background.
• 2–3 years proven experience in project management focusing on transformers and reactors.
• Collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Excellent English and Italian; other languages a plus.
• Strong communication, self-driven and open-minded.
• Structured, organized, and able to work under time pressure.
• Team-player who can build and motivate a project team.

Aufgaben

• Developing project schedules and determining resource requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting project status, including cost, timing and staffing.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards (ISO and others).
• Manage after-sales projects and fulfill customer needs.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to on-time and on-budget completion.
• May manage multiple interrelated projects, including business transformation efforts.
• Some projects may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan.
