Aufgaben

• Receive, record, and process international customer orders via phone, written correspondence, and the international order portal.
• Coordinate timely shipment execution and invoicing, monitor partial deliveries and inventory availability, and manage yearly price adjustments with the commercial lead.
• Record and resolve customer inquiries and manage customer accounts and master data.
• Monitor shared email inboxes and coordinate with internal stakeholders as needed.
• Support in demand planning with production and assist with ad-hoc finance/accounting tasks.
• Support trade marketing with POS/GWP marketing orders and maintain digital marketing/CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure an efficient working environment.
