Zusammenfassung

Prochema GmbH in Vienna, Austria, is seeking a logistics professional to negotiate costs with freight and warehouse partners, handle customer orders from manufacturing to delivery, and monitor lead times across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Education as forwarding agent or at least 3 years in logistics.
• Experience with transport, warehouse logistics, and customs processes.
• Experience with dangerous goods transport is a plus but not required.
• Fluent English; other languages welcome.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate costs and schedules for logistics services with partners.
• Handle customer orders from placing with manufacturing partners to overseas delivery.
• Inform product management about logistics market developments and support offers.
• Monitor inventory and schedule inbound/outbound movements across Europe.
• Manage documents (BLs, CMRs) in the supply chain.
