Zusammenfassung

ProChema GmbH is expanding its logistics team in Vienna, Austria. You will negotiate costs and schedules with logistics partners, manage end-to-end customer orders, and monitor lead times for overseas transportation.

You will inform product management about market developments and support offers to customers globally. The role requires English fluency and logistics experience, with ERP proficiency and MS Office skills. The position offers a modern office and a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• You completed your education as a forwarding agent or have at least 3 years of experience in logistics.
• Experience in transport and warehouse logistics, customs freight and dealing with transport service providers is required.
• Experience with dangerous goods transport and ISO tank shipments is an advantage but not essential.
• Fluent English is necessary; any other foreign language is welcome.
• Good MS Office skills and ability to learn new IT applications like ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate costs and schedules for logistics services such as freight rates, warehouse conditions, customs with logistics partners.
• Handle customer orders operationally from placing orders to organizing overseas transportation and delivery, monitoring lead times and reporting them to stakeholders.
• Keep product management informed about developments in the logistics market and assist in preparing offers for customers worldwide.
• Monitor inventory and schedule inbound/outbound movements across European warehouses.
• Handle all kinds of documents (BLs, CMRs) in the supply chain.
