Zusammenfassung

WorkMotion is seeking an International Accountant to join our remote international accounting team. You’ll manage day-to-day accounting for multiple entities, ensure VAT compliance, and support group reporting across jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, maintain strong internal controls, and drive process improvements in a fast-growing, global company that values work-life balance and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 5–9 years of accounting experience, ideally in international or multicompany environments.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, VAT compliance, and group reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) and strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and countries.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); other European languages are a plus.

• Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax obligations, including coordination with local providers for transfer pricing studies and related documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and local accounting service providers.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial statements, including bank reconciliations.
• Support process improvements and strengthen internal controls within the finance department.

More Than a Role

Our International Accounting team is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and internationally minded professional to join us as an International Accountant.

In this role, you’ll ensure accurate financial reporting and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support efficient accounting and reporting processes.

What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…
