Zusammenfassung

ecosio, a fast-growing B2B integration specialist, seeks an aspiring accounting professional in Vienna. You will support daily finance activities, process invoices, and help close monthly and annual books while learning Workday, BMD, and global financial controls.

You will work with an international team, gain exposure to US-GAAP and SOX basics, and build strong accounting fundamentals in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed finance/accounting/business education (University, HAK, FH).
• Fluent German and English skills (Minimum C1 level in both languages).
• Strong interest in accounting and finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Supporting the accounting team with daily finance and accounting activities
• Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Assisting with account reconciliations and investigations of discrepancies
• Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Working with modern finance systems and digital accounting tools
• Collaborating with colleagues across different departments and international teams
• Learning new processes and continuously developing your accounting knowledge
• Contributing ideas to improve finance processes and increase efficiency

The minimum gross salary for this position is €35,000 per year on a full-time basis.

Final salary is negotiable and will scale based on your skills and experience.
