Aufgaben

• Create and send invoices; review and process incoming invoices.
• Manage receipt in DATEV and Spendesk, including pre-accounting.
• Execute transfers and salary payments across Austria, Germany, and Finland.
• Review and approve payroll across multiple countries.
• Communicate with external tax advisors and accounting firms.

Your Profile

• Initial practical experience from tax consulting, accounting, or a comparable environment. Internships count
• Experience with DATEV is a plus; other accounting tools are also welcome
• Structured, careful way of working
• Very good German and very good English skills. Both are essential to this role

What we ASK FOR? 20-25 hours a week

• Creating and sending outgoing invoices; reviewing and processing incoming invoices
• Receipt management in DATEV and Spendesk: uploading, pre-accounting, and review
• Managing Spendesk (budgets and company credit cards), including top-ups and budget control
• Executing manual transfers and salary payments across Austria, Germany, and Finland
• Reviewing and approving payroll across multiple countries
• Serving as the interface with external tax advisors: queries, documentation, and follow-up
• Communicating with external accounting firms and service providers
• Long-term (with expansion to 32h) Finance controlling, forecasting, and reporting
