Job summary

AUSTRIA JUICE Group is seeking a motivated Internal Sales Manager for compounds in Austria. You will act as interface to production, marketing, QA, R&D, logistics and purchasing, handling inquiries and monitoring contracts while supporting development projects for new beverages.

Requirements include commercial training, strong communication skills, and fluency in German with good English. Home-office possibility and benefit-rich environment offered.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training (HAK/HLW, business studies).
• Professional experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Independent & proactive way of working.
• Interest in the beverage, food & nutrition sector.
• Strong numbers orientation and business acumen.
• Business fluent German and good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Support our sales team as an interface to production, marketing, QA, research & development, logistics and purchasing.
• Handling & processing customer inquiries in close cooperation with the sales team.
• Monitoring current contracts.
• Creation of calculations, sample requests and development orders.
• Supporting the coordination of development projects for new beverages.
• Organization of product tastings.
• Independent support of customers in the food industry up to a sales volume of approx. EUR 100k.
• Support with market analyses & resulting further development of the sales strategy.
• Independent preparation & organization of customer visits in coordination with the sale.
