Job summary

Ausbildungsgestützte Praktikumsposition im Globalen Marketing der Lenzing AG in Österreich. Sie unterstützen das Digitale Kundenportal, globale Marketing-Kommunikation und die Erstellung von Marken-Assets gemäß Brand Guidelines.

Ihr Studium sollte Marketing/Kommunikation/BWL o.ä. umfassen; gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Die Position bietet Einblicke in internationale Messen, Events und Content-Management-Systeme. Startzeitpunkt ist sofort, Laufzeit 6 Monate.

Qualifications

• Eingeschriebene/r Student/in in Marketing, Communications, BWL oder verwandtem Fach.
• Verständnis von globalem Marketing und Branding.
• Praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Projekte.
• Gute MS Office Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit CMS (z.B. Celum) und digitalen Plattformen.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Strukturierte, proaktive und zuverlässige Teamplayerin/Teamplayer.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung des Digital Customer Portals und Inhalte.
• Unterstützung von globalen Marketing-Kommunikationen inkl. Social Media Planung.
• Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Marketing-Assets gemäß Brand Guidelines.
• Planung und Durchführung von Messen und Events sowie Distribution von Materialien.
• Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Pflege von Marketing-Assets.

For the Global Marketing Nonwovens team at Lenzing Group located in Lenzing, we invite students to apply for the role as Intern Global Marketing (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the Digital Customer Portal and related content activities
• Assisting with global marketing communications, including social media content planning, newsroom content and factsheet materials
• Supporting the creation and adaptation of marketing and branding assets in line with global brand guidelines
• Assisting with the planning and execution of trade fairs and events as well as the coordination and distribution of marketing materials
• Preparing presentations and supporting the maintenance of marketing assets and documentation to ensure efficient global marketing processes

What you ideally bring

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Understanding of global marketing and branding topics
• Initial practical experience through internships or marketing-related projects is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with content management systems (e.g. Celum) and digital platforms is beneficial
• Very good German and English language skills
• A structured, proactive and reliable team player with strong organizational skills

This internship is available immediately and is scheduled for a duration of 6 months.

For this position, a gross monthly salary of EUR 2,050.97 is offered (for mandatory internships), based on the collective agreement of the chemical industry and a weekly working time of 38 hours.
