Zusammenfassung

Specialist Fit Out Contractor in Austria is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support a data centre fit out project. You will join the commercial team, work with the Senior QS and Commercial Manager, and help manage subcontractors, valuations, variations and cost reporting.

This role offers 55k–60k EUR per year plus a €250 tax-free weekly living-away allowance, accommodation, return flights and a company bonus, with clear progression to a Project QS.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Construction or fit out project experience required.
• Strong understanding of valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts.

The Company
This specialist fit out contractor delivers data centre fit out projects across Ireland and Europe, with a growing pipeline of work within the mission critical sector.
They are currently delivering a major data centre fit out project in Austria and are looking to add an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to the commercial team.
The Role: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
As Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will join the commercial team on a data centre fit out project in Austria.
Working alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager, you will assist with subcontractor management, valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts throughout the project.
Must Have Requirements

• Must have 3+ years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Construction or fit out experience required
• Strong understanding of valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts
• Must be willing to work in Austria

Preferred Experience

• Data centre experience preferred
• Fit out experience beneficial
• European construction experience advantageous
