Specialist Data Centre Fit Out Contractor in North Austria is seeking an Intermediate Safety Advisor to support a major data centre fit-out project. You will work closely with site management and the Safety team to uphold high safety standards across daily construction activities.

The role requires practical site Health & Safety experience and the ability to engage with trades and management on site, ensuring corrective actions are completed efficiently and safely.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Safety Advisor on construction projects.
• Proven site-based Health & Safety experience.
• Confident dealing with subcontractors and site management.
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification required.
• Data centre or large-scale fit-out experience is preferred.
• Experience with main or specialist contractors is advantageous.

This specialist contractor delivers technically demanding data centre fit out projects across Ireland and mainland Europe, with a strong pipeline of work across the European market.

The business has experienced project teams operating in Austria and across Europe, with a strong focus on health and safety, programme delivery and maintaining high standards across busy construction environments.

The Role: Intermediate Safety Advisor

This Intermediate Safety Advisor role is based in North Austria on a major data centre fit out project.

Working closely with the site management and Health & Safety team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong safety standards across day-to-day construction activities. You will work directly with site teams and subcontractors, carrying out inspections, identifying risks and ensuring corrective actions are followed through.

The position would suit a Safety Advisor with a few years of construction experience who is comfortable working on site and wants to develop further within the European data centre sector.

Must Have Requirements

• Must have previous experience as a Safety Advisor on construction projects
• Proven site based Health & Safety experience is required
• Must be confident dealing directly with subcontractors and site management
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification required

Preferred Experience

• Data centre or large scale fit out experience preferred
• Previous experience working with a main contractor or specialist contractor beneficial
• Experience working on projects in Ireland or mainland Europe advantageous
