• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, with demonstrated Controlling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver accurate business plans (Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecast, 18-month Rolling Forecast).
• Coordinate Sales Planning across functions for reliable outlooks.
• Design and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports per standards.
• Lead implementation and development of the TM1 planning tool, including MTP and budgeting.
• Drive continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes to reduce manual work.
• Support strategic planning initiatives and financial transformation projects.
• Contribute to ad-hoc analyses and projects.
