Job summary

Hyundai GLOVIS Europe GmbH is recruiting an Inside Sales Junior Specialist to help connect with potential customers and support new business opportunities. You will learn how international logistics and freight forwarding work while collaborating with Sales, Tender Management, and Operations.

You will develop sales skills, learn customer needs, and gradually take responsibility for your own customers in an international team environment.

Qualifications

• First experience in sales, customer service, logistics, or another customer-facing role is an advantage.
• You enjoy communicating with people and building professional relationships.
• You are motivated to learn and develop your sales skills.
• Structured, reliable, and proactive worker.
• Comfortable approaching potential customers by phone and email.
• Enjoy working as part of a team in an international environment.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and open to learning new digital tools.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Research potential customers and identify new sales opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers by phone and email.
• Learn about customer needs and support the development of suitable logistics solutions.
• Assist with preparing quotations and commercial offers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and open quotations.
• Maintain customer and sales information in our CRM system.
• Support experienced sales colleagues with ongoing opportunities.
• Work closely with different teams across our international organization.
• Gradually take responsibility for your own customers and sales activities.
