Personio in Vienna is seeking a Junior Inside Sales Specialist to connect with potential customers and help develop new business opportunities. You will learn about international logistics and freight forwarding while collaborating with experienced colleagues from Sales, Tender Management, and Operations.

You will research prospects, contact them by phone and email, understand customer needs, assist with quotations, maintain CRM data, and support ongoing opportunities across our international

Qualifikationen

• First experience in sales, customer service, logistics, or another customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated to learn and develop sales abilities.
• Structured, reliable, and proactive work approach.
• Comfortable approaching potential customers by phone and email.
• Team player in an international environment.
• Confident with Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools.
• Fluent in English and German.
