Zusammenfassung

European Society of Radiology (ESR) in Vienna seeks a full-time team member to support the Industry Relations team. The role covers end-to-end exhibition management, sales of spaces and sponsorships, and fostering strong industry relationships.

Requirements include fluent English (C1), MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel within Europe. Flexible hours and home‑office options are offered, with a Vienna office.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent English language skills (C1) - additional languages are a plus.
• Professional experience in congress/event organisation and/or company relationship management is a benefit.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Technical understanding.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Stress resistance and resilience.
• Willingness to travel (within Europe).

Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end exhibition and sponsorship lifecycle from enquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Drive sales of exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, and promotional services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry partners and ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate industry symposia, workshops, and online seminars.
• Support planning and execution of industry exhibitions at ECR and other congresses.
• Collaborate with venues, contractors, and service providers on exhibition logistics.
• Maintain accurate booking and project documentation.
