Zusammenfassung

Huawei is seeking an Industry Account Manager in Vienna to drive growth in retail and manufacturing. You will identify opportunities, develop a partner ecosystem, and expand Huawei’s market presence with installers and key customers.

Work with internal teams and partners to maximize revenue, grow new business, and present solutions that meet future needs. Fluency in German and English is required, and a business degree is preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Focus sales areas: Retail and manufacture industry. Proven ability to drive business growth and build a strong partner ecosystem within the retail and manufacturing industries.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop opportunities with customers who currently do not use Huawei equipment, successfully converting them into Huawei customers.
• Proven ability to establish, develop, and continuously optimize industry maps to identify key customers, partners, opportunities, and market trends.
• Ability to increase Huawei brand awareness and market visibility among installers through targeted MKT materials and promotional activities.
• Work with the internal team and external partner to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
• Help develop new customers and manage existing customers and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their future needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, ICT, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICT products and solutions.
• Solid sales knowledge and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and market insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong end-to-end project management and operational capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships and CRM activities.
• Fluency in German and English language, both in written and spoken.
