Carrier Account Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Relationship Building: Establish trusted, multi-level connections from CXO executives to operational teams.




• Sales Process Management: Lead the entire process from opportunity exploration, project initiation and operation, bidding document preparation, commercial negotiation, contract signing, to final payment collection.




• Leadership: Direct the AR-SR-FR (Account, Solution, Delivery) team to align strategy, sales, and execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor degree or above in related field




• Full professional proficiency in English & German; Chinese beneficial but not mandatory




• At least one year of professional working experience in a similar role




• Solid understanding of 5G/5G-A, optical transport, IP networks, cloud, and compute infrastructure.




• Mastery of carrier CAPEX/OPEX allocation, ARPU metrics, and ROI calculation frameworks.




• Expertise in Incoterms, international finance/tax compliance, and deal structuring.




• Ability to articulate business value and align Huawei solutions with executive-level strategy.




• Proficiency in designing complex transaction structures that optimize margin and mitigate risk.




• Strong cross-functional leadership to mobilize internal R&D, supply chain, and expert teams.




• Sharp market insight to execute effective competitive positioning and win strategic accounts.
