Job summary

VusionGroup seeks a Network Incident Analyst in Graz, Austria, to join the Operations Department within Customer Service. You will analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex network incidents affecting LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and site-to-site connectivity.

You will use tools like Wireshark, Nmap, and Azure Monitor to troubleshoot and optimize performance, produce detailed incident reports, and train internal teams on best practices. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Significant experience in network administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and advanced technical support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and related technologies.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex network incidents, including security-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex network incidents affecting LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and site-to-site connectivity.
• Use network monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify anomalies and locate root causes.
• Analyze logs and metrics in Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics to troubleshoot incidents.
• Perform network testing, audits, and performance analysis to identify root causes and degradation.
• Produce detailed incident reports and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Take ownership of incidents through to full resolution with internal and external teams.
• Maintain and improve the knowledge base with troubleshooting procedures.
• Train and support internal teams on network troubleshooting best practices.
