As Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work with our clients to turn breakthroughs in AI into production systems at the intersection of cutting‑edge technology and enterprise transformation.

You will join our Technology Practice to build the foundation for a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, collaborating with client teams and driving AI deployment across engagements.

Qualifikationen

• University degree, ideally AI, mathematics, physics or software engineering.
• 2–3 years engineering experience with customer-facing work.
• Proven builds: GitHub portfolio or shipped systems.
• Strong knowledge of generative and agentic AI stacks.
• German and English at C1+ level.

Aufgaben

• Build agentic systems and embed them in clients' value chains.
• Deliver artifacts like agents, MCP servers and agent skills.
• Develop build and deployment patterns and contribute to open-source.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest LLM capabilities and AI product stacks.
• Collaborate with client teams and identify opportunities for AI deployment.
• Expand accilium’s capabilities for internal value chains.
