Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of projects or teams.
• Experience as Tech Lead or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on with coding, reviews, debugging, and architecture.
• Experience mentoring engineers and growing teams.

• Define engineering priorities and technical direction with founders.
• Link engineering and product to maintain cross-team alignment.
