Tieto Tech Consulting in Austria is seeking a Customer Manager to grow strategic accounts in the Energy & Utilities sector, aligning customer priorities with our expert delivery teams.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, develop multi-year account plans, and translate challenges into value‑based proposals across Data & AI, Cloud, and Software Engineering. Hybrid work across Vienna and Linz is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic account management or business development.
• Proven track record with complex accounts and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Energy & Utilities sector topics.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives.
• Collaborates across sales and delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of strategic Austrian energy accounts.
• Develop multi-year account plans aligned with priorities.
• Lead strategic conversations and business reviews.
• Translate challenges into value-based proposals with delivery teams.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across data, AI, cloud, software.
• Represent sector and share market insights internally.
