Qualifikationen

• C1/C2 level of German.
• B2 English level or higher.
• Previous IT Support/Customer Service experience (not required for junior).
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.

Aufgaben

• Act as the initial point of contact for end users via phone and email.
• Diagnose basic technical issues and provide first-line resolutions.
• Create and categorize support tickets with correct priority levels.
• Escalate complex incidents to specialized support teams.
• Follow up on open cases and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure proper incident closure once resolved.
