Job summary

TNT Personal is recruiting on behalf of a multinational client building a new site in Austria to hire an HSSE Coordinator (m/f/d). You will implement and monitor compliance with Austrian legislation, internal standards, and client requirements across a high security warehouse, ensuring clarity and reliability in all processes.

You will conduct inspections, risk assessments, audits and follow-up on corrective actions; lead inductions and training; investigate incidents and track KPIs to drive

Qualifications

• Formal training in occupational health & safety, risk assessment, auditing or related fields.
• Experience with HSSE/EHS in logistics, industrial, construction or high-security settings.
• Knowledge of Austrian regulations and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance with Austrian legislation, internal standards and client requirements in a high-security warehouse.
• Conduct site inspections, safety walks, audits, risk assessments and ensure follow-up of corrective actions.
• Oversee safety in logistics operations, inductions, toolbox talks and training to foster continuous improvement.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, track KPIs and develop action plans for measurable HSSE progress.
