The UN Secretariat in Vienna seeks a Human Resources Officer (Learning and Development) to support managers and staff in performance management, career development, and learning initiatives. You will identify development needs, design and deliver training, and advise on performance systems.

A key remit is overseeing the six official language and communications programs, including curriculum development, teacher recruitment, and assessments.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in human resources, business administration, social sciences, education or related field.
• First-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience acceptable.
• Coaching certificate is desirable.
